I have Installed licensed copy Microsoft outlook 2007 SP1 and wanted to install language pack to see the menus and buttons to be displayed in different languages.
I tried following to get the language pack installed:

• Downloaded German language pack for MS outlook 2007 SP1 from here.
• Executed language pack binary.
• Got an error in German which says "From the package installed on this system are no products affected"

Please help me to solve this issue.

The link you are using to download the language pack is just the Service Pack for the language pack. Not the actual language pack, hence the error. In others words you are trying to update a package that you do not have installed.

You will need to install the actual language pack first then update it with SP1 or SP2.
