Installing language pack for Microsoft outlook 2007 SP1

I have Installed licensed copy Microsoft outlook 2007 SP1 and wanted to install language pack to see the menus and buttons to be displayed in different languages.
I tried following to get the language pack installed:

Downloaded German language pack for MS outlook 2007 SP1 from here.
Executed language pack binary.
Got an error in German which says "From the package installed on this system are no products affected"

Please help me to solve this issue.
