Not sure if you found the information you are looking for.

It is possible to change the send and receive scheduled time from 10 minutes to something of your choosing.

Open your Outlook and go to Outlook > Preferences > Schedules and place a check in the box next to send & receive all. You can now double click this to edit the send & receive options.
