how to make photo available on people pane

I am using outlook2010 and winxp sp3. I did make people pane displayed, but don't know how to add photo to people pane? we have more than 200 persons, can we do it on server? we use exchange2010 for mail server.
thanks for your any idea.

There's two ways to do this.

One is by loading the photos into the GAL, as described here:

The other is with the Outlook Social Connector, which allows you to link to social media sites such as Facebook (here) and Linked In (here).
