Default Loading Outlook sent emails question

I switched computers and am wondering how do I load my Outlook sent emails if I do not have access to my other computer? I have a couple of Outlook Data files but they don't seem to open up the sent emails. I also do not have access to my former email account.

Did you backup your previous email to a pst file? If not, then you won't be able to retrieve those emails. Backing up your email to a pst file will backup everything in your mailbox.

Yes, I have the .pst file or the Outlook data file, but why can I only load the received emails and not the sent emails?
