Two Contacts, Same Address! Mail merging married contacts?!!
Hi a two-parter for you guys.
Firstly, how do I assign one of my contacts as the spouse of another one of my contacts? Secondly, when I'm using my Outlook contacts to mail merge, how do I get the names of the married couple onto the same letter? This is driving me crazy as when ever I'm doing a mailshot to one, or more people at the same address I have to send multiple copies of the letter when one will surfice. Please help! Thanks, Tom Lo
