Default Address book help!

I've used outlook since 2007 and now the address book or list of names when sending an email changed. I think it all changed when I synced my phone with an update HTC program. I've synced the phone before, but not with this software. Now when sending an email, ALL contacts are listed, not just the ones with email addresses. Any suggestions on what I need to do to get this back to where it was?

Jdunn1,

When sending a message and you select the address book to search for a contact, do you have the address book drop down selecting " All address lists" or some other option?

Keep us posted.

The have 'contacts" selected for the address book, the only other option is Outlook Address Book (which is empty). The other option at the top is Name only or more columns, Name only is selected.
