Name on Smart Tag in Outlook 2003 is incorrect
We are using XP service pack 2 and have Exchange 2003. Numerous of our users names show up incorrect in Outlook on the smart tag. An example: John Doe<UKnown>
The John Doe will have the users correct name and then the Uknown is someone else's name. Any suggestions how this might be corrected? Thank you, Darrell

The issue here will be with the exchange server and not outlook.
