I am trying to send an email with large attachement and its hanging in my outbox for fewdays now. Now I cannot delete or send any other emil as its saying message is on its way, unable to delete. Also blocking the new email I send. Taking very long to send new email But that one still there. How do I resolve this proble.

You will need to stop the item from sending before you can delete it. Once you are able to do this, check the size of the attachment and teh format. Its very possible your service provider has a limit on attachment file sizes and your attachment exceeds this. FYI standard attachment size should be less then 50mb.

You will have to take Outlook offline, then delete the email in the Outbox. Once the email has been deleted, you can put it back online.

Hi, thank you for your reply, unfortunately I cannot stop sending or open. Its says transmitting is already began. Any other idea?

in Outlook 2007, select file > Work offline. This should allow you to delete the process and remove the message.

Once done check with your service provider to see what their attachment file size limit is. As stated before the standard is 50mb.
