Default Problems with moving emails to a folder

Well, i have rules set up to filter emails to different folders by the "To:" field. When I send an email to 1 of my addresses, and CC to another, it doesn't filter the CC to the specified folder. I tried to set up the rule where it mentions the "CC field," but I'm not sure what it means by "If my name is in the CC box." Like which name will it need to identify in order for it to move it to the specified folder.

If anyone could help me out, that would be great, thanks.
