Default Black screens and grouping emails!

Hi

I have two really annoying issues with Outlook 2007.

System is Windows Vista with all latest packs and updates. Graphics card drivers are up to date. The email set-up is via IMAP accounts with Outlook Connector (MDaemon).

1. Black screen

With increasing regularity, when I open an email / click to reply to an email, the entire window apart from the title bar / max/min buttons turns black. Sometimes - not always - resizing to a smaller window can help but often not. Why is it doing this and what can I do to stop it?

2. Grouping emails

My emails keep sorting themselves into 'grouped' orders. I keep checking the option to stop it doing that, changing the appearance settings etc and no matter what it keeps randomly changing back to being in groups - why?

If anyone can help would be much appreciated!

Thanks
Danielle
