Outlook deletes my mails from Gmail
I just installed Outlook (2003 SP3) and set it up to my Gmail account. It downloaded all my messages but at the same time it deleted them from my Gmail page! How can I stop it from doing so in the future?

There is an option in Outlook to leave messages on the server. The emails will be marked as "seen" on the server, but they will remain. To change the option to leave mail on the server,
From Outlook, choose the 'Tools' MenuChoose 'Email Accounts' Choose View/ Change existing email accounts Select the account you wish to modify if you have more than oneClick the "Change" button Click the "More Settings" Button Select the "Advanced" tabCheck the 'leave mail on server' checkbox Click the "Next" button, then "Finish" |

Same behaviour continues. I noticed this as well: Now on starting my computer it did not flash a new message a had. I checked my gmail inbox first and read the message. After a time I opened outlook, and the message was there, but now it was deleted from gmail... Any ideas?

Still deletes them! Any help? My setting are:
My setting are POP3 server = 110, SMTP server = 25. At the same time it has stopped notifying me on new messages, unless I open the program. Then it downloads them and (guess what) deletes them from the Gmail server :-( |
