Question Work Offline Setting

Hello,
Hoping to get an answer here in regards to Microsoft Outlook 2010. My server provider is Road Runner so that means I'm always on proving if I have my computer on. Yesterday I clicked to have Microsoft Outlook 2010 work under the setting of "Work Offline with an X". Now I can't seem to find a way to turn it back to what it was before, to the working stage. I tried looking at everything possible and can't get away from this setting. Please help.
Many thanks Tom.

Default

1. Open Outlook
2. Click on Send\Receive tab in ribbon
3. Click on Work Offline.
Note: You have to click on the same Word Offline tab to enable and disable it.
When Work Offline is highlighted, it means that it is enabled. Click on the same work Offline, when it is not highlighted then it is disabled.
