In Outlook 2010 is there a way to make the Home tab on the ribbon the default for Calendar? Whenever I switch from Mail or Contacts to Calendar view the ribbon is always set on the "New Tab." Can I change the default from New Tab to Home Tab?
Thanks. Peter |

pmokover,
Outlook 2010, out of box client, ribbon defaults to the home tab. When you select calendar the home tab changes to the calendar features. You stated that when you select calender view the ribbon is always set on the New tab. Does this mean when you select calender it opens in a new tab rather then staying in the same window? let me know |

SpiderTech:
My mistake. While playing with Customizinf the Ribbon I apparently created a new ribbon tab called "New Tab" which became the new default tab when viewing my calendar. I deleted that tab and it's back to normal behavior now. Peter |

Peter,
Thank you for clarifying. I'm glad all is working properly. |
