Default Can i block "Advanced Find"

Ok - so today a user used the "Advanced Find" feature of the GAL and selected everyone in the organization to send an email To: . Of course now the higher ups want that feature removed (it's happened once in my 6 years here). I realize this is more of a training issue and not an IT issue but I need to find out if this is at all possible. I've looked in the Outlook 2007 .adm files for a setting to disable the "Advanced Find" feature but can't seem to locate anything that would disable it. Anybody know if this feature can be disabled?
