Task Form disappearing when assigned
We have created a task form with tick boxes to track the progress of task when assigned to different people, called 'CORS Progress Interface'.
When the email (Task) has been assigned to different people the 'CORS Progress Interface' will occasionally disappear from the Task email, therefore we can't track the progress of the task. Can someone please have a look at the task form we have created and advise why the 'Cors Progress Interface' might not be working from time to time when assigned to other people.
