Multiple Meetings in Outlook
Ok, so I am hosting the same training session at 4 different dates/times. I want to send a single email out to employees with calendar links to all 4 meetings, so they can choose the most convenient session to attend. furthermore, i need these responses to correctly go into my calendar, so i can plan accordingly on who is attending each meeting.
Haven't been able to figure this one out....
