Default email files

I recently switched from attglobal to Outlook. Most everything went very well. I have but one issue and am hoping someone far more intelligent than I can assist me. In the past I was gaining access to the internet as a "Child" account of my father-in-law, who was using attglobal dial-up with Netscape as a browser. My email was using netscape communicator. I am looking for a way to retrieve the inbox file from netscape communicator and convert these files to "Outlook". My father-in-law passed away a couple years back, and there are some old emails from him I would like to retrieve for my wife. Is there a way to convert these files?

Thanks in advance for any assistance anyone might have.

John

Can you still start netscape communicator to read those emails? Do you know if the emails are on the email server or your computer?
