Scheduling meetings on conference rooms with Outlook and no MS Exchange
Hello:
I am trying to find a way to schedule meetings in different conference rooms using Microsoft Outlook but I was reading that is mandatory to have Microsfot Exchange, which is very disappointing as I work in a small company (8 people) that does not have the resources to purchase an Exchange licence. Anyone knows if there is a way of doing this using only Microsoft Outlook 2007? Basically I want to have some kind of central storage file/folder on a NAS (Network Attached Storage) where people can reserve conference rooms so if anoyone else tries to reserve at the same on the same room Outlook would advise that it is not possible. Or if there is another way to accomplish this please let me know. Thanks and help is greatly appreciated, Roberto |
