Default Exchange Admin Changes Message

Good Morning. We are continuously receiving an prompt while working in Outlook:
“The Microsoft Exchange Administrator has made a change that requires you quit and restart Outlook.”

The Exchange Admin has expressed that this is a client side issue since he is not making changes on the Exchange Server.

This is happening to multiple clients at varied times. Is anyone having a similar issue?

Desktops are not in Cache mode, Laptops are.
