Angry Error code 0x800CCC80

I recently received a new computer with Windows 7 (32bit?) and wanted to install Outlook mail. I ordered 2010 Outlook but when I try to forward an email with attachments I get this error " Task 'mail.bellsouth.net - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC80) : 'None of the authentication methods supported by this client are supported by your server.' "

I have tried to "repair" feature but no solution and AT&T says the problem is Outlook.

Strangely, I can save the attachment and send a new email with the attachment but I can't forward the attachment.

(Update)
Account is POP/SMTP
Incoming is pop.att.yahoo
Outgoing is smtp.att.yahoo
I have tried with and without SPA (Secure Password Authentication) currently on.
Test is good
Outgoing server: Use same settings as my incoming
LAN Connection
POP3 is 995
Outgoing is 465
Encryption is SSL

Default

Microsoft fixed it. I had to delete my old email account. Even though it wasn't selected as primary it defaulted there when sending attachments.
