I have been playing with the Rules and I'm able to identify specific
email, move them to the necessary folder, run a script, and forward
them on to the correct distribution group.

I'm missing the script that will the file as an Excel document
then reattach it.

I'm thinking that a possible solution would be to have some code
save the file to a particular folder then set a rule to open Excel.
When Excel opens have a macro open my file and save it as the
correct format. I'm not sure at that point how to call OL again
and resend the file.

Thoughts?
