Cannot use Outlook with MS Word

I only use Outlook to get addresses for envelopes.

I use MS Word 2010 and also Outlook 2010.

When I go to envelopes and open it in Word, then choose outlook for the address, I go to the entry and have tried every way to get the name and address to enter into the Word address location and Outlook and Word crash.



I am using Windows 7 Home Edition 64-bit.

Any help??? I am getting real tired of re-trying the addresses that are already in the Outlook program.

Any repair programs that can be run?
