Default Incoming Mail Converted to Text

I receive daily e-mails from an investment company and the first couple of ones came through fine. Then one day it ended up in my junk folder. I clicked "Not Junk", it put it in my inbox but it did not convert that one to HTML. Since then all their daily updates come directly into my inbox but, they are always text without the graphics. I spoke with their tech support and they said it was my mail system. I have since gone in and added the domain name and e-mail address to my trusted list, but it is still happening.

I welcome any help or advice.

I am running Windows 7 and Office 2007. This is my home computer and my ISP is Cox.

Thanks
Luke

Are you still receiving other emails in HTML format?

I tried to outsmart the system and changed the delivery address to my wife's e-mail. It worked the first day and then the second day it was in her junk folder and it does not have any graphics. The company still insists there is nothing wrong with their system and says it has to be mine.

This is what is at the top of the e-mail:
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii

Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit

I welcome any potential solutions.

Thanks
Luke

What kind of account is this? POP3? IMAP? Hotmail? Exchange? Something else? What anti-virus software are you using? Does this happen even if you start Outlook in Safe Mode? (hold down CTRL while you click the icon) See if this helps: http://www.officeforlawyers.com/outlook/tsol.htm#safe
