Default anti-spam with email verification

I'm looking for a good anti-spam program that will work with Outlook that uses email verification. Rather than having to train a bunch of filters, I want a message from a new sender to go to a quarantine folder and the sender to be sent a simple message, that if replied to, approves the original message. I've used the trial version of Bongosoft and was pleased enough to try to buy it, but the online purchasing system never worked and the guy apparently didn't care whether he sold it or not. Then I tried the trial version of Qurb, and when I tried to buy it I learned that it had become CA Anti-Spam. I downloaded the trial version of it and I can't see where it's using the email verification. Is there another program that does this? Thanks.

Well, TMDA probably doesn't support Outlook and Exchange. It also mentions look at this list for other possible TMDA-like programs.
