The issue is probably being caused by the Wordperfect Address Book plugin, which is not compatible with Outlook 2010. Try opening Outlook in safe mode and then seeing if the addin is there. If so you can just disable it.

To run Outlook in Safe Mode, you should be able to just open the Start menu and enter "Outlook /safe" (without the quotes) in the Search programs and files box.

Once Outlook is open, go to File > Options > Add-Ins. Click on the Go button next to COM Add-ins, and look for any Corel Add-ins. Uncheck them to disable them, click OK, and then restart Outlook.
