Default Outlook 2010 cannot send emails through Cox

I started having this problem today and at first thought it was due to an attachement I had on first email with this issue, but this last email did not have one.



Cox told me they had no idea how to fix this. It was an Outlook problem.

I can send from their server, and did manage to get a few out today from Outlook, but some are getting hung up.

This is the error message:
