Default Outlook 2003

I have recently upgraded from Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2003 everything whent fine or so I thought. My problem is now when I try to access or update my Outlook Contacts I get the message " Could not find Contact "ContactName ". It may have been deleted or moved from its original location. Would you like to remove it from this list? ". If you click "no" it updates and the next time you click on the contact, it opens up the properties fine, but I have hundreds of contacts and distribution lists that are affected. Is there any way to automate the fix or fix it globally etc? I have found the hotifx (article 891576, Description of the Outlook 2003 post service pack 1 hotfix package: January 7, 2005) on microsofts site but that did not fix the problem. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
