I have Office 2007 deployed thru a citrix environment. I recently updated outlook to 2007 from 2003. I have users that would email a link to a folder on our network. This will work in my local install, not in the citrix install.


It will open the folder but with an error stating:

General Failure. The URL "file:///\\path" The system cannot find the file specified.

where path is the folder I wish to open.

Is there any suggestion on this error.
