Now this is a weird one I've never seen but the issue is that Outlook is just rendering emails in black text (not a plain text version) because it's following the same format as HTML newsletter however all the "styles" are not coming through however I tested this same email on 10+ 2007 machines and all rendered the email fine however here's the kicker:
So it's certainly not a deliverability issue because when the email is sent to the same address and received on my blackberry it's absolutely fine. To make things more interesting I pull the source code of the email from the client having trouble and bring it up in a Microsoft HTML editor and even that renders the email as it should be. I've been up and down the river with Outlook settings and they are certainly default, aside from uninstalling and reinstalling Outlook does any one have suggestions on what to try or settings I have overlooked.
