Default Microsoft Email Message

Help! Everytime I go to send an email or retrieve an email, I get the following message.

A program is trying to access your Address Book or contacts. Do you want to allow this? If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should choose NO

Allow access for: Options of 1, 2, 5, 10 minutes.



Yes or No.

I am confident it is not a virus, so I just want to get rid of this message for good. Any suggestions what do do will be most appreciated.
