Outlook 2007 fonts issue

Hi, We have just upgraded MS Office 2003 users to MS Office 2007. When typing new emails the font size is extra large on some computers. This was not the case with Office 2003 on same computer have we done something wrong with the MSI installer package settings and how can we fix it on the PC in question.

You need to check the Zooming Factor. When opening a new window to type a message, there is a Zoom button. Click it and make sure it is set to 100%.

Sorry to be a pain but I cant see a zoom button is it on the toolbar somewhere. thanks
