Hi Chereena,
I have a very similar problem. Since upgrading to Outlook 2010 my subfolders within Inbox have disappeared. Also when I open older backup files with Outlook 2010 I can not see the inbox folder! You mentioned that you resolved the issue. Could you please describe in detail how to show a "hidden" folder? Thank you soo much in advance, Ralf |
