Default Text size smaller when creating email Outlook2007

Hi all.....when i create an email with all settings at Arial 12 the text looks smaller than usual when i am typing in the email editor, and when i test send to someone else they view it as the normal larger looking text Arial 12 size. I use html, checked all the outlook settings to confirm it is Arial 12.

Might be coincidence but this started after i changed my background from clear sky stationary to Romanesque theme.

Thoughts??

You need to check the Zooming Factor. When opening a new window to type a message, there is a Zoom button. Click it and make sure it is set to 100%.
