Angry cant click on link in outlook - error msg

In outlook express whenever i go to click on a link it comes up with a message saying "operation cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer". "contact system administrator". I am the administrator - its a home PC !!! I have to copy the link into internet explorer every time. What the hells causing this. Anyone......

Whoever posted a reply to me, thank you very much.

It looks like the perfect answer. I never would have guessed despite spending hours trawling round the tools and options looking for a solution.

I find it utterly awesome. I dont know where you are in the world. In a world of millions of people. The fact that someone has a problem and someone somewhere else has the elusive answer is astonishingly brilliant.
