I was wondering if anyone could let me know if this is possible in Outlook:
I have a requirement that from my Java application I must create a PDF to: 1) Open in a PDF writer for editing and 2) Attach it to an outlook email with the customers email address Once the PDF has been created and passed on the the writer/email package the requirement is to then be able to edit & save the PDF from the writer & these changes to be reflected in the email, so that we are emailing the new version. It appears that Outlook does not just link to the original file but stores it elsewhere & hence I find that only the original is sent. I realise that I could email this directly from the writer when changes have been made & then add the email address manually however, this requirement does not seem to be very flexible! Hope someone can help Thanks Sas |
