Cannot receive or send email 2010 outlook

reads server error '550 5.7.1 access denied,

1. Are you on an Exchange account? pop 3 or IMAP?
2. You get this bounceback message when sending emails correct?
3. Do you get this message on all outbound emails?
4. When users try to send you an email, do they get this same error?

In addition to Shawn's questions: Does this happen even if you start Outlook in Safe Mode? (hold down CTRL while you click the icon) See if this helps: http://www.officeforlawyers.com/outlook/tsol.htm#safe
