Start one of the other Office apps (Word for example) and go to Help and run "Detect and Repair".
What anti-virus software are you using? Troubleshooting Outlook - http://www.officeforlawyers.com/outlook/tsol.htm |

I already used detect and repair but it didn't solved it...
Anti-virus = AVG Don't think it will be related to AVG because this problem occurs in a company environment... We only receive this mappi32 error on new laptops running windows 7, on the other computers running XP we don't get the error... |

Haven't tried it... But i don't think it will help because they are just new out of the box, only thing we did is uninstall office2010 and installed 2003...
