Default mappi32.dll

When i start outlook 2003 i receive following error:
"Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. MAPI32.DLL is corrupt or the wrong
version. This could have been caused by installing other messaging software.
Please reinstall Outlook."

-I renamed the file msmappi32.dll to msmappi32.old but did not solve the problem
-Used an other msmappi32.dll file from another pc = didn't help
-When i reinstall office the problem is gone but comes back after a few days

Computer: windows 7 (64bit) office2010 pre-installed
Deleted office 2010 and installed office 2003

Does anybody knows how to fix this?

Start one of the other Office apps (Word for example) and go to Help and run "Detect and Repair".

What anti-virus software are you using?

I already used detect and repair but it didn't solved it...
Anti-virus = AVG
Don't think it will be related to AVG because this problem occurs in a company environment...
We only receive this mappi32 error on new laptops running windows 7, on the other computers running XP we don't get the error...

When the problem occurs does a System Restore solve it? http://www.officeforlawyers.com/tips/sysrestore.html

Haven't tried it... But i don't think it will help because they are just new out of the box, only thing we did is uninstall office2010 and installed 2003...
