Default Schedule Assistant for Large number of Attendéendes

I want to arrange a meeting with 300+ employees. I also want to see how many of these are free. However scheduling assistant shows me each of the attendees calenders but it can't give any suggestion or write the number of people who would be free at a certain time.

Is there somehow I can increase the value for when it will stop showing suggestions?

Since it is a pain to manually count each time! I guess since the information is there I would probably be able to write a macro or something doing this but..... I think it could be possible to increase this value somehow?

I use outlook 2007.

Thank you for any help!
