Default Outlook 2003 - How to schedule Reoccurring Emails

I would like Outlook to email a report nightly automaticly. How can this be done. There does not appear a build in function. I googled, and all i found is a batch of silly packages to add on.

I much rather not buy a package to add on to my office. Is there some super VB code out there or a way?

The way could even be a XP Scheduled Task that starts Outlook and a process in that PC-s Outlook on start up to do the email. But of course then I would need a process to close the Outlook.

Let me know of any great thoughts and processes.

Thx a million.
Russ
