Cannot download and install Outlook Connector

Hi


I have tried many times to download and install Outlook Connector and it will not work. The program shows in my list of programs under the control panel, but does not show in my outlook.
I am trying to set up a hotmail account in my outlook but cannot get it to work. Can someone help me fix this problem? I have vista 32 bit and Office Outlook 2007

If you are simply setting up a POP3 connection to Hotmail or live account use the server settings in the following link;

Use these settings when manually configuring an e-mail account.
