Outlook Business Contact Manager, Call Lists
Can anyone help with "Call Lists" in the Marketing part of BCM?
I'm trying to collate a number of contacts (e.g. from a trade show) to a Call List. The option to add Contacts (one by one) to a call list appears to be missing. It seems like you have to apply a filter to all Contacts in order to narrow down to the required list. This seems impossible. Though, if you do manage somehow to filter to get your Call List - it's not locked, i.e. the addition of contacts later that match the filter criteria means that those contacts will be added to the Call List - even if you don't want that. To be clear, I would like to: - create the Call List - create the contact records - add the contacts to the Call List Am I missing something? Please tell me I'm wrong. |

Found the answer myself eventually. Documentation on BCM is painfully thin. You need to filter on a Category (add the contacts to the category first). Here's the youtube clip on the topic:
