I recorded a macro in a new email window that prints page one of that email message. I really want to use it in the home screen of outlook. the problem is that I can't record a macro in that screen - I can only use the VBA editor.
so, I recorded it in the new email window and copied and pasted the code into a VBA window in teh main screen. When I executed it said "command not recognized" or something. I think the problem is that I chose "pages" and typed '1' in the print dialog box when recording, but the print dialog box in the main screen ahs differfent options (you can choose print even or odd pages, but not set a specific page number). Hence, the code was not recognized. 1. Can I record in teh main screen? 2. If I can't, how can I modify the code from teh new email window to be usable in teh main screen? Thanks, GAry |
