Font Display wrong smaller than Supersub
I have a friend using Outlook 2003. His problem is: the way his font is displayed is screwed up, very tiny smaller than supersub script. It should be dispalying Arial 10pt. I went to his TOOLS-Options-Mail format tab-fonts button. His fonts are set just like mine (company laptop) Arial 10pt sending, Arial 10pt receiving, Courier New 10pt plain text. I checked his screen resolution 1024x768. When he gets ready to send new Email it says that he is using Arial 10pt but it is so small I can't read it. When new Email comes in it displays properly. To send he makes his font bigger so he can see it but when he sends Email its huge to who ever receives it, I told him make it big to type it in but put it back down tiny to send it... I don't know if that is working for him right now as he is out of the office... what can I check to fix this any ideas?

Here is a link about the font size being too large, but it tells you where you can make the changes at. You can check these settings to see if this is the issue.
The zooming factor should be set at 100%, maybe theirs is set below. http://www.msoutlook.info/question/95 |
