Default Strange occurance when inviting attendees in Outlook 2003

Hello all, I am a new member here, and I hope that I can contribute as much as ask questions here...

Okay here is my deal.. I have Outlook 2003, running on Exchange 2003. On my outlook, I open up my calander and create an appoitment, and invite "user A", and send... I automatically get a error message in my inbox saying that "user B" "The e-mail account does not exist at the organization this message was sent to. Check the e-mail address, or contact the recipient directly to find out the correct address." User B has not been here in a long time, nor does she have an account in AD or a exchange emailbox. Where is the system pulling this information, and how do I remove it from automatially adding user B to a calander invite to user A?
