Default receiving problem

I am having a problem with my wife's e-mail on her computer. We both are running XP and have outlook 2003 and all of a sudden her's will not receive e-mail. She can send but not receive. It shows sending/receiving when it is opened but there is no mail showing up either in the main body or the sub-folders. This started around the 1st of December and it was working fine before. I've tried the pst repair tool and uninstall/reinstall and still nothing. Any suggestions?

Thanks

you may want to check the permissions and incoming server address in your email setup. I know some ISP's like to change their incoming server to something different.

The settings are correct. That was one of the first things I checked. We are on a router and we both have the same server. My email works fine but hers doesn't.
