My brother had Office 07 on his laptop(Vista) and uninstalled it and reinstalled it on his work desktop(Win7 64). He says he no longer has his old sent mail which I am assuming was downloaded and deleted from his mail server by Outlook. Does anyone know where that mail would be stored on his old laptop? I imagine the uninstaller would not delete his data unless it asked him to "really cleanup well"... I suggested he think about a Google business account and keep it all in the cloud going forward. Thanks for any help! |

Unfortunately, when you uninstall the outlook client, all data associated with the client is removed.
Outlook stores all data in a local .PST file. You can search the following location to see if any Outlook data files remain. Start>computer>(main hard drive designation)>users>(Username)>app data(this requires hidden folders enabled)>local>Microsoft>Outlook Any Outlook data files will marked Hope this helps. |
