I've got a user running Outlook 2003 w/ SP3 in an Exchange 2007 environment. The issue we're running into is that she has 2 shared calendars in addition to her own. They are simply shared and not public calendars.

When she starts Outlook 2003 and clicks the calendar tab she can then check the calendars she would like to display. When this happens the calendars appear blank and will not populate no matter how long you wait.

If you switch to the mail tab and back to the calendar tab the shared calendars will populate.


I have tried recreating her Outlook profile, enabling/disabling exchanged cached mode, and using the /cleanviews switch.

I haven't been able to reproduce this error in any other environment, any thoughts?
