Default Re-installing Outlook, moving .pst file. but no address book

I have reformatted a computer, re-installed Outlook 2003, and moved a backed up copy of Outlook.pst into the same location that the new install placed it. My e-mail and contacts look just like they used to, which is what I wanted.

However, when I go to create an e-mail message, my address book (which was previously linked to my Contacts) is empty? How do I re-create my Address Book?

Thanks- Bruce.
